We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Your happiness is our priority!

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for return shipping costs (except for damaged/defective items).
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Special Cases
Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us immediately with photos – we’ll arrange a free return and replacement!
Final Sale Items: Some clearance or special promotion items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. These will be clearly indicated on product pages.
International Returns
For our global fashionistas (excluding some Asian and remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs/duties fees are non-refundable
